       Isomaltooligosaccharide is a kind of starch sugar product made from starch or starchy raw materials through enzymatic conversion, refining, concentration and other processes. The main components are isomaltose, panose, Oligosaccharides above isomaltotriose and isomaltotetraose (including tetrasaccharide).

Description(Physical and chemical properties):

1. Isomaltooligosaccharide has high stability to acid and heat.

2. Isomaltooligosaccharide has coloring properties, and the end of the sugar molecule contained in it is a reducing group. When it is heated with protein or amino acid, Maillard reaction will occur to produce browning and coloring.

3. Isomaltooligosaccharide has good moisture retention, which makes the water not easy to evaporate, prevents starch from aging, and prolongs the storage time.

Indications and Usage:

       Isomaltooligosaccharide is a functional oligosaccharide that improves and regulates the balance of intestinal flora, laxes bowels, promotes healthy teeth, promotes mineral absorption, and improves immunity.

       It has been widely used in food ingredients, pharmaceutical excipients, health products, cosmetics and feed additives and other fields.
