Experiment 1 Effects of Livestock and Poultry Exclusive Oral Liquid on Production Performance and Diarrhea of Growing and Finishing Pigs

1 Test materials, place and method

       The exclusive oral liquid for livestock and poultry provided by Tianjin Jingyi Co., Ltd. The test site is the ** pig farm in Boli County, Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province .

1.2 Experimental design

       The experiment adopts a random block design, selects 50kg 25 growing pigs with a body weight of about repetitions, and the second group has 2 repetitions for each group. The dietary treatment of each group was as follows: the first group was the control group, and the basic diet; the second group was the livestock and poultry exclusive oral liquid group, and 2. 5 g/kg of the livestock and poultry exclusive oral liquid test material was added to the basic diet . The pigs were kept until the market (approximately 90kg) the end of the experiment . The experimental diet was a corn-soybean meal-based diet.

1.3 Feeding management

       Before the test, the pig house was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and the pig house was raised on a cement floor. Each group was fed with a fixed number of feeds, fed regularly every day, without restriction on feed intake, free to drink water, and routine immunization, and other daily management was carried out as usual. During the experiment period, the experimental pigs were fed and managed by special personnel. Record the feed intake of each column every day, observe and record the pig's body condition, disease occurrence and treatment measures, etc.

1.4 Measurement indicators

       The experimental pigs were weighed on an empty stomach at the beginning and end of the experiment, and the feed consumption of each repetition was counted. Calculate pigs' average initial weight, average final weight, average daily gain, average feed intake, feed-to-weight ratio and other production performance indicators.

1.5 Experimental data processing

        of the experimental data with Excel 20 21 , SPSS 26 software was used for statistics, and the results were expressed as "mean ± standard error".

2 Results and Analysis

       It can be seen from Table 1 that there was no significant difference in the average initial weight and average final weight between the control group and the livestock and poultry exclusive oral liquid group ( P >0.05). However, compared with the control group, the average daily gain of the livestock and poultry special oral liquid group increased by 10.0% ( P 0.05). In addition, judging from the diarrhea situation in the pig herd, 3 pigs in the control group had diarrhea, and no diarrhea occurred in the test group. The feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 11.70% ( P 0.05), indicating that the diarrhea rate was significantly reduced after using the special oral liquid for livestock and poultry, which has the advantage of improving the production performance of growing and finishing pigs, and can improve the economic benefits of fattening pig breeding.

Test 2  Application effect of exclusive oral liquid for livestock and poultry in broiler feeding

1 Materials and methods

1.1 Test material and location: The test material is the exclusive oral liquid for livestock and poultry provided by Tianjin Jingyi Technology Co., Ltd. The place of the test is the broiler farm in Bachang**, Tanghai County, Hebei Province, and the test time is from February 8 , 2023 to February 27 , 2023 .

1.2 Experimental design: select broilers of the same breed and the same batch, and No. 1 and No. 2 chicken houses are a test combination, of which No. 1 chicken house is the control, which feeds and drinks normally ; Add the exclusive oral liquid for livestock and poultry provided by Tianjin Jingyi Technology Co., Ltd. , 1000ml per day , for a total of 19 days. After the trial period expires, the meat will be sent to the meat joint factory for slaughter and weighing.

2 Results and Analysis

       The results showed that compared with the control group, the experimental group's meat consumption was reduced by 5.3% . In terms of mortality, during the test period, 158 chickens died in the control group , 6 died in the test group , and the mortality rate in the test group decreased. The exclusive oral liquid for livestock and poultry has a better effect on improving the immunity of chickens.
